1. Requirements and platform review

The project begins with country of use, passenger count, driving pattern, equipment and delivery expectations. Because equipment cannot be applied identically to every platform, feasibility, weight, volume and service access are reviewed at the start.

2. Measurement, design and engineering

Interior dimensions, mounting points and existing systems are transferred into a digital workflow. 3D scanning, CAD/CAM and clay modelling can be used according to project needs. Seats, consoles, panels and storage are developed for installation and use as well as visual coherence.

3. CNC production and handcraft

Parts requiring repeatable precision are prepared with CNC processes. Leather, stitching, upholstery and surface finishing are completed by experienced craftspeople. Combining technology and craft makes a personal design both producible and consistent.

4. Electrical and system integration

Lighting, displays, sound, seat controls, charging and other electrical equipment are considered in relation to the vehicle's existing architecture. Cable routing, power demand, service access and electromagnetic compatibility are reviewed according to scope.

5. Quality, testing and homologation

Installation, surfaces, mechanical movement, electrical functions and cabin use are checked at the end of production. Homologation requirements vary by destination country, platform and modification scope. The relevant test, documentation and approval route is therefore defined at project start; no certificate or approval is assumed independently of the specific vehicle and project.
