Digital measurement, physical modelling, precision manufacturing and homologation planning in one connected process.
Ertex uses current automotive design and manufacturing technologies to turn a bespoke idea into a measurable, vehicle-specific result. Digital capture, physical evaluation, precision machining, electronics development and specialist assembly advance around the same project data.
Ertex develops bespoke VIP Mercedes VLE, Mercedes V-Class and Mercedes Sprinter interior conversion projects around the base vehicle, passenger profile and delivery market. Executive seating, private-lounge layouts, acoustic comfort, smart cabin controls and handcrafted finishes are coordinated with 3D measurement, CAD/CAM, CNC production and project-specific homologation planning.
The base vehicle and passenger environment are evaluated together. Each approved decision moves from measurement to model, from model to production data and from production to documented verification.
The vehicle's real geometry, mounting points and technical clearances are digitally captured.
Physical studies refine proportion, ergonomics, touch points and surface transitions.
Approved geometry becomes coordinated component data and controlled machining paths.
Structural and decorative parts are manufactured directly from verified digital data.

Seat H-point, viewing angle, leg support, table reach and movement corridors are evaluated as part of the cabin architecture. Full-scale studies add physical judgement to digital measurement before final production begins.

Mounting points, material thicknesses, service clearances and neighbouring parts are resolved in the complete assembly. CAM preparation then converts approved geometry into controlled toolpaths for manufacturing.

CNC routing processes structural panels, decorative surfaces, templates and mould components from approved data. Curves, recesses and connection details can be reproduced within controlled dimensions.

Lighting, passenger controls, actuators, charging, audio and comfort systems are checked at component and assembly level. Connections are planned for discreet installation, cooling and future service access.

The applicable requirements, documents, tests and approval schedules are considered for the vehicle configuration and delivery market. Technical decisions, production checkpoints and project records progress on the same timeline.
Ertex products have passed homologation tests conducted by Applus+ IDIADA, an internationally accredited automotive technical service. The applicable standard, test and approval scope for each VIP vehicle is verified according to the base platform, seating layout, installed systems, modification scope and destination market.
These references describe relevant quality, testing and approval frameworks; they do not mean that every reference applies automatically to every vehicle. The current series, approval route and documentation are confirmed for the individual project.

Installation quality, system functions and project records are reviewed together before delivery. Modern machinery creates precision; disciplined workmanship and inspection turn that precision into a complete Ertex vehicle.
